- Three full diagnostic measurements across the program
- Two physical capacity assessments
- Personal tools, protocols and resources throughout
How it works
Every Expedition is built around the individual. The structure below shows how a typical program flows. In practice, the order, emphasis and focus of each month are shaped by your situation, your starting point and what matters most to you. We listen first.

12 months · Your complete performance transformation
Measure & understand
Your complete baseline established before anything else. Physiological assessment, nervous system state and key biomarkers including cortisol, testosterone and health markers. Sleep quality, physical capacity and nutrition patterns mapped alongside your values, priorities and leadership context. The full picture your program is built from
Sleep, recovery & physical foundation
Sleep architecture, recovery quality and physical capacity addressed together, because they are inseparable. Movement and activity aligned to your life, nutrition as an energy management tool, and the morning and evening rhythms that determine how you show up each day.
Energy & physical capacity in practice
What was introduced in month two, embedded into daily life. Fine-tuning your physical routines, nutrition timing and recovery habits so they hold up under the real demands of your week, not just when conditions are ideal. First physical capacity reassessment at the end of this month to measure progress and recalibrate.
Mental resources & focus
Attention management, stress regulation and decision-making under pressure. Building mental recovery into daily life so that focus is available when it counts most. Your nervous system patterns explored: what drains you, what restores you, and how to work with both.
Second diagnostic measurement
A full remeasurement at the midpoint, physiological and personal. What has shifted, what needs more attention, and where the second half of the program should focus. Progress becomes visible, not just felt. The shape of what follows is decided here.
Values, priorities & leadership identity
Clarifying what actually matters and how it connects to the way you lead. Your strengths, your self-awareness as a leader, and the patterns that show up under pressure, both the helpful ones and the ones that quietly work against you. This is where performance coaching meets the bigger questions about who you are and who you are becoming.
Your personal performance system
Routines and rhythms designed around your values and your actual life. Not an ideal version of it. The habits, protocols and tools built so far consolidated into one coherent personal system, resilient enough to hold up when life gets complicated.
Performance under pressure
High-demand scenarios, the periods, decisions and situations where performance matters most and is hardest to maintain. Stress inoculation, preparation protocols and recovery strategies tailored to the intensity of your role.
Physical capacity & long-term health
Second physical capacity assessment and recalibration. Where your physical foundation stands after nine months of consistent work. Training, recovery and nutrition protocols adjusted for the long term, beyond the program itself.
Relationships, influence & energy management
How you show up affects everyone around you. The relational dimension of performance: how you communicate under pressure, how you protect your energy in demanding interpersonal environments, and how your presence lands with the people you lead.
Third diagnostic measurement & recalibration
A complete physiological and personal remeasurement. Three data points across the year now tell a story, not just of where you are but of the trajectory you are on. The final phase fine-tuned and the transition beyond Expedition prepared.
Integration & next chapter
Everything consolidated into one coherent, lasting performance system. A full review of the year: what shifted, what was hard, what surprised you, and what is now simply how you operate. For those who want to continue, this is where Expedition leads into an ongoing partnership.
